8:30 A.M. Coaches Meeting / Packet pick-up at Javelina Stadium, McCulley Hall.
Coach’s Hospitality Room
Entry Deadline is Wednesday, February 24, 2010. No changes on morning of the meet.
All entries will be done through directathletics.com.
All Running are timed finals.
4 Division Meet: Varsity Boys, JV Boys, Varsity Girls, JV Girls
Entry Fee: $75.00 for Varsity Team, $50.00 for JV Team
Make checks payable to TAMU-Kingsville Athletic Dept.
Implement Inspection: Throwing implements will be inspected at McCauley Hall
Concession Stand will be open.
Bus parking is on the east side of the stadium, corner of Armstrong and Corral St.
Time Schedule: Running events will be conducted on a rolling schedule after the
first running event. Field events will begin at 9:00 am.
Coaches should prepare their athletes for both advances and delays in
schedule.
Athlete Check In: Running Events – Athletes must check in one event prior to
their event at the Check-In-Area with Clerk of Course.
Field Events – Athletes must check in 15 minutes prior to start
of their event, at the event site. JV 4 attempts in horizontal jumps
and throw
